Surveillance video footage released from a transit authority station in Cleveland, USA has shown what happened after a man stepped out of a train for a smoke, leaving his baby behind in the sparsely-occupied compartment.
A co-passenger realised the train was about to move and tried to call the father of the baby back inside, but the train doors closed before the man could get in. The passenger inside the train alerted the driver about the stranded baby. The father was reportedly reunited with his child.
