Union minister Kiren Rijiju recently visited the Mountaineering and Skiing Institute in Uttarakhand’s Auli to check the equipment used by Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) for border patrolling.
In a video posted on Twitter, Rijiju can be seen riding a snow scooter against a white landscape. It also includes shots of Rijiju and other ITBP members skiing.
