BJP corporator Shatrughan Kakade from Mumbai has been caught on camera beating up, with the help of a group of people, Imtiaz Shaikh, the owner of the restaurant Hotel Shahi Bawarchi.

According to a report in The Times of India, Shaikh refused to pay the “protection money” demanded by Kakade, who has been booked for his act but was missing.

Shaikh provided a detailed account of the sequence of events that led to the scenes captured in the video above.
