The moment we hear news about Indians in Australia, we often link it with potential racial attacks. Occasionally you get a more heartwarming story. On Sunday morning, this 62-year old man was due to board from Wentworthville station, near Sydney. While he was waiting to get his ticket, his granddaughter’s pram started to slid towards the tracks. Before he could get grab it, it was already too late. The pram had rolled onto the tracks where a high-speed freight train was about to pass through. The man didn’t think twice and took a leap of faith. In the CCTV footage of the dramatic incident from the station, the grandfather immediately grabs the pram and hands it to his distraught wife who was waiting on the platform. And right after, he manages to gather some energy and runs off the track, just as the train was arriving. .
