Kalla Kalavaani, a new song from Mani Ratnam’s upcoming crime drama Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, was released on Tuesday. The September 28 release is about a mafia don (Prakash Raj) in Chennai and his three sons Varadan (Arvind Swamy), Thyagu (Arun Vijay) and Ethi (Silambarasan).AR Rahman has scored the music.
Snatches of Kalla Kalavaani were first heard in the trailer in the portion that introduced Ethi, the youngest son and an aspirant to his father’s empire.
