Amazon Prime Video has set September 28 for its dating reality show, Hear Me. Love Me., featuring Shilpa Shetty as the host. The reality show is based on the hit Italian original, Hear Me. Love Me. See Me., which has been adapted in several countries, including Israel and the United States of America. The series has been produced by FreemantleMedia India, which has backed such series as Indian Idol, X-Factor India, and India’s Got Talent.
The concept follows a woman having to choose one of three three blind dates at the end of an episode. The catch is that while the men’s faces are not visible to the woman, they are hooked up with point-of-view cameras. The feed from their cameras is shared with the woman, and she can see what they see and get a sense of what their respective personalities are like.
