For the makers of memes and mashup videos, Netflix’s first Indian original series Sacred Games is a gift that keeps on giving.
The mashup video Avengers Ft. Sacred Games, created by Vadodara resident Snehdeep Bhalerao, sees the worlds of Ganesh Gaitonde and Sartaj Singh colliding with none other than the superheroes of the Marvel universe.
Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, receives a call from Thanos, who tells him his life is going to change in 25 days. “Bachalo apne sheher ko,” Thanos tells Stark.
The other Avengers are standing around wondering why Thanos has singled out Iron Man and given him this crucial piece of information. What ensues is a concerted effort by the Marvel superheroes to save the planet. Of course, it is not going to be easy. “Ganesh Gaitonde hai mera naam,” Thanos declares. “Sarva shaktishaali, eklauta bhagwan.”
