At least nine people were injured while trying to put out a fire at a shopping complex in Uri area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday, The Greater Kashmir reported. They were taken to a government hospital in Uri, but seven have been referred to Baramulla district hospital.
The fire broke out at Lone Complex in Uri market. A team of fire and emergency services personnel doused the blaze. Three shops and a house were damaged.
Officials are still trying to ascertain the cause of the fire.
