Among the areas where restrictions under Section 144 have been imposed include five areas of Srinagar, PTI reported. "Curfew has been reimposed in entire Kulgam district and Anantnag town as a precautionary measure to maintain law and order," said a police officer, adding that areas under the jurisdiction of Khanyar, Rainawari, Maharaj Gunj, Safa Kadal and Nowhatta Maisuma and Kralkhud police stations were out of bounds for more than four people at a time.

Meanwhile, one person died in a road accident and 14 others were injured during clashes on Tuesday after curfew was temporarily lifted from all parts of Kashmir, except Anantnag town. Around 47 people have died in violence that erupted following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani on July 8.
