A third roommate, Prashant, told police that Sankeerth had a quarrel with Goud, who joined them early this month. “It seems Prashanth heard screams in the dead of the night and came out of his room only to find Sankeerth writhing in pain with a knife wound in the abdomen,” Sankeerth’s uncle Sudhakar told The Hindu.
