The Indian men's hockey team came from behind to draw 3-3 in their penultimate match on Saturday at the Six Nations Invitational Tournament in Valencia.
Argentina took the lead in the closing moments of the first quarter but Rupinder Pal Singh evened things with a penalty stroke in the first few minutes of the second quarter. Argentina leapt ahead through two quick goals on the brink of half-time to lead 3-1.
It was only in the fourth quarter that India stepped up their game. Ramandeep Singh scored India's second goal with a fierce strike in the 47th minute, while Devindar Walmiki got a lovely one from a difficult angle in the 57th minute to make it 3-3.
