India levelled the three-match Twenty20 International series against Zimbabwe 1-1 after completing an emphatic 10-wicket victory over the hosts in the second match in Harare on Monday.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni's bowlers shook off their lapses in the first Twenty20 and were back to their best, helped by some horror shots from the Zimbabwe batsmen. Barinder Sran took 4/10, the best bowling figures on debut by an Indian bowler in the Twenty20 format, while Jasprit Bumrah picked up 3/11. Zimbabwe could only manage 99/9 in their 20 overs, with Peter Moor top-scoring (31 off 32 balls).
KL Rahul and Mandeep Singh had no trouble knocking off the runs, as they scored at a quick pace. Mandeep Singh got 52 from 40 balls, while Rahul finished on 47 off 40, as India scored the required runs without losing a wicket.
