Janata Dal (United) MLC Manorama Devi was suspended from the party on Tuesday for trying to protect her son Rocky Yadav from being implicated in the death of a 19-year-old. The accused was tracked down and arrested earlier in the day after Devi was reportedly questioned at her house in Gaya. She had claimed that her son was falsely accused in the road rage case.

Rocky Yadav allegedly shot and killed Aditya Sachdeva (pictured above) for overtaking him and his bodyguard while they were travelling in their SUV on Sunday. His father Bindi Yadav and bodyguard were arrested on Monday. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar set up a Special Investigating Team to locate the accused. “No one will be spared, however powerful,” Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav had said.
