An Air India flight en route to London was called back to Mumbai airport on Wednesday after passengers spotted a rat on board, India Today reported. Flight 131, which was flying over Tehran when it turned back, is now being fumigated. The airline has ordered an inquiry into the matter.
In a separate incident, a Dubai-bound Air India flight was halted at Amritsar airport after a dog was sighted on the runway. The flight later took off after dog was removed from runway, reported ANI.
