Ivan Zvonimir Cicak, the head of the Croatian Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, was posing for a photo with President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic on Wednesday when his trousers inexplicably fell to his ankles. The president merely glanced at him for a second before regaining her composure, even as the large award she was holding shielded Cicak to a degree.
A beaming Cicak was in the front row of the group being photographed when the incident took place. In a swift reaction, he pulled his trousers back up and continued to smile. The award was being presented to Cicak and the committee for their work ahead of International Human Rights Day, which is observed on December 10, AFP reported.
