India and Pakistan have decided to start a comprehensive bilateral dialogue, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said on Wednesday. Swaraj, who is on a two-day visit to Pakistan, added that the foreign secretaries of both countries will work out details on how to take this composite dialogue forward, reported ANI.
Swaraj met Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and foreign affairs minister Sartaj Aziz in Islamabad on Wednesday. The Ministry of External Affairs released a joint statement by both parties, in which both Swaraj and Aziz condemned terrorism and resolved to cooperate towards its elimination.
