India and Singapore signed 10 MoUs and launched a joint postage stamp on Tuesday, as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s two-day visit to the country. The bilateral agreements included matters such as defence, cyber security and civil aviation. On the second day of his trip, Modi met Singapore President Tony Tan Keng Yam, business and political leaders from the country.

He also delivered the 37th Singapore Lecture, which he titled “India’s Singapore Story”. At the address, Modi’s once again called for the world to unite against terrorism. On Monday, Modi had met Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsein Loong, and was taken for dinner to an Indian restaurant in Singapore's Little India locality.
