Kane Williamson (57 off 39) fought hard for SRH but MS Dhoni and Co get the job done in Dubai. A fine last over from Bravo, just one run and a wicket from it.

After 19.3 overs, SRH are 146/8 – Nadeem is gone!
OUT! Dwayne Bravo completes the return catch to get his second wicket. CSK are almost home.

After 19 overs, SRH are 146/7 – Rashid is gone!
OUT! Shardul Thakur with a stunning penultimate over, he concedes just five runs and gets the wicket of Rashid Khan. The Afghan is out hit-wicket. But a bizarre umpiring moment by Paul Reiffel in that over. He half-raised his hands for a wide but then took a u-turn because of pressure from Shardul and Dhoni. Replays showed that it was indeed a wide. SRH robbed of a ball and a run. They need 22 off 6.

Big over for SRH! Karn gets the important wicket of Williamson but Rashid then hits him for a six and a four, before Nadeem finishes the over with another four. SRH need 27 off 12.

OUT! CSK get the big wicket of Kane Williamson! Karn Sharma tosses it up and the slog goes straight to long-on. Williamson walks back for 57 off 39.

OUT! Vijay Shankar hits one for six but Dwayne Bravo gets the wicket. Kane Williamson then completes a classy half-century. Can he take his team to victory? SRH need 46 off 18.

Piyush Chawla finally joins the attack and concedes 8 runs in his first over. SRH need 59 off 24. Time for a strategic timeout.

OUT! Karn Sharma strikes and young Priyam Garg has to walk back for 16 off 18. The right-hander connects well with the sweep but the ball goes straight to Jadeja. Kane Williamson holds the key for SRH as this match heads towards a tight finish.

Back-to-back fours for Kane! Brilliant batting from the Kiwi star. Jadeja wouldn’t be too pleased after getting the breakthrough in his previous over.

Karn Sharma joins the attack and concedes four runs in his first over. SRH need 104 off 54, they’d want to get a move on. Young Priyam Garg with a big opportunity here.

After 9.5 overs, SRH are 59/3 – Bairstow is gone!
OUT! Jadeja gets CSK the breakthrough! Bairstow tries to play across and is clean-bowled! He departs for 23 off 24.

After 9 overs, SRH are 57/2 (Bairstow 22, Williamson 20)
Shardul Thakur joins the attack and concedes five runs in his first over. The SRH batsmen don’t seem to be in any rush. Time for a strategic timeout.

A brilliant direct hit from Dwayne Bravo to get rid of Manish Pandey:

Ravindra Jadeja joins the attack and bowls a tidy over, six runs from it. SRH need 116 off 72.

Another good over from Deepak Chahar, he finishes with figures of 0/28. Interesting move by MS Dhoni to bowl out the right-arm pacer. CSK have plenty of bowling options.

Kane Williamson with a superb ramp shot over short-third for four. Sam Curran has figures of 1/18 from his 3 overs so far.

Williamson gets going with a four but a good over by Chahar, seven runs from it.

After 4 overs, SRH are 27/2 – Pandey is gone!
OUT! Two wickets in one over for CSK! Manish Pandey hits it straight to Dwayne Bravo at mid-off and sets off for a single, but the West Indies veteran gets a direct hit. SRH in trouble!

After 3.3 overs, SRH are 23/1 – Warner is gone!
OUT! Curran gets the big wicket of Warner! The SRH skipper gets an edge and the left-arm pacer takes a comfortable return catch. Just the start CSK needed with the ball.

Good over for SRH! Bairstow gets a four before Warner picks up three. Chahar struggled to get his line and length right in that over.

Jadeja guides one between point and short-third for four, before Sandeep nearly pulls off a sensational return catch to dismiss Dhoni. He landed awkwardly and was in some pain. But he finishes his spell with superb figures of 2/19 from his 4 overs.

Dhoni gets back-to-back fours but a successful over by Natarajan, a wicket and 10 runs from it. How much will CSK get in the last three?

OUT! Watson is gone too, and in identical fashion to Rayudu! The Aussie walks back for 42 off 38. CSK have lost both their set batsmen, it’s up to Dhoni now to provide a big finish. Natarajan gets his first wicket as Jadeja comes to the crease.

Great over from Khaleel, just three runs and a wicket from it. He has bounced back well after being taken to the cleaners by Curran earlier. CSK need Dhoni to help them get a big finish.

After 15.2 overs, CSK are 116/3 – Rayudu is gone!
OUT! Khaleel Ahmed gives SRH the breakthrough! Ambati Rayudu falls for 41 off 34, he added 81 runs for the third wicket with Shane Watson. It was a full-toss but the right-hander hot it straight to Warner at long-off.

Big over for CSK! Watson and Rayudu are matching each other shot for shot! They both hit a six each in that over as Rashid finishes his spell with figures of 0/30.

T Natarajan returns to the attack and Ambati Rayudu hits one for four. Ten runs come from that over and it’s time for a strategic timeout.

Shot! Shane Watson whacks one from Rashid Khan over long-on for six. CSK getting a bit of a move on.

Another good over for SRH, just five runs from it. A bit of a worry there for Rashid Khan as he got hit on his fingers by a powerful straight-drive from Shane Watson. Luckily for SRH, the star leggie seems fine now.

Good over from Nadeem, just five runs from it. CSK would want to start upping the ante soon.

Star Afghan leg-spinner Rashid Khan joins the attack and delivers a tight over, just three runs from it. Time for a strategic timeout.

After 8 overs, CSK are 61/2 (Watson 16, Rayudu 12)
Rayudu survives! He gets a faint edge off Nadeem but Bairstow can’t hold on. That was a tough chance. Watson then cuts the next ball away for four.

Shot! T Natarajan drifts on to Shane Watson’s pads and is clipped away for six. Eight runs come from the left-arm pacer’s first over.

Left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem joins the attack and concedes just a single off his first five balls, but Ambati Rayudu steps out to the last one and lifts it over covers for four. That’s the end of the powerplay, which team will be happier at this point?

OUT! Faf du Plessis is gone for a first-ball duck! The in-form South African didn’t get to face a single ball in the first two overs, before edging a wonderful delivery from Sandeep Sharma to the keeper. Big wicket for SRH! The first duck for Faf in the IPL since 2014.
