Pacer Mansi Joshi has been picked in India’s T20I side and is likely to play the role played by Jhulan Goswami, who announced her retirement from the shortest format earlier on Thursday.

The Women’s Selection Committee met in Delhi on Thursday to pick the team for the ICC Women’s Championship three ODIs and five-match T20I series to be held in Sri Lanka.

Mithali Raj will continue to lead the side in ODIs while Harmanpreet Kaur will take charge in the T20I format.
