In an inexplicable incident, a man tried to cross the tracks of the Delhi metro to get from one platform to another (video above).

What is even more horrifying is that he tried this while a train was waiting to leave from the opposite platform.

Footage captured by the station camera, and posted by ANI, shows just how narrowly he escaped death.
