National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited, in a notification published on the official website, informed that it will be recruiting Executive Trainees (Human Resources) through the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination 2018. Those who have registered for the UPSC Civil services exam can apply for the Executive Trainee HR positions with NTPC.

The registration for NTPC HR trainee positions will begin tentatively from March 2019, the company said in a notification, once the UPSC Civil Services 2018 examination process is concluded. The date of UPSC Civil Services preliminary examination is June 3rd and that of the Main exam is September 28th. Candidates can apply for the NTCP Executive HR Trainee positions through the NTPC Career official website (www.ntpccareers.net).

NTPC selection process for Executive Trainees (HR)

  1. After the final allotment of services and the release of the scores by the UPSC, interested candidates must apply to the NTPC.
  2. Visit the official NTPC recruitment portal (ntpccareers.net).
  3. The NTPC will use the UPSC database for candidates who have appeared for the interview round of the UPSC Civil Services exam 2018.
  4. Those who have not been finally recommended for appointment to the UPSC will be selected from.
