According to a recent study, your forefoot could be the answer to figuring out what kind of running you should be doing. The forefoot, comprised of your phalanges and metatarsals, varies from person to person.
Researchers at the Faculty of Sport and Health Science at Ritsumeikan University in Japan took 45 trained endurance runners and 45 untrained people and measured the lengths of their forefoot bones. The results and findings of the study were quite interesting to say the least.
