The creators and showrunners of Netflix’s Stranger Things are being accused of verbally abusing women on the sets.
The accuser, Peyton Brown, made her allegations against unnamed individuals in an Instagram post. In the comments section of the Entertainment Tonight website that reported the story, she confirmed that she was referring to the show creators, Deadline reported.
The third season of the popular Netflix show is expected to be streamed in 2019. Brown has said that she will not be working with the production any more.
“I personally witnessed two men in high positions of power on that set seek out and verbally abuse multiple women,” Brown wrote in her Instagram post. “I promised myself that if I were ever in a situation to say something that I would. I have 11.5 thousand followers who can hear me say this, TIME IS UP.”
Brown also alleged that the Duffer brothers yelled at and humiliated other crew members, causing some of them to quit.
