Reporters from the BBC always seem to be upto something – getting lost in the studio, mocking the Royal Palace, being pranked, or, in this case, getting mobbed by lemurs.
BBC Look East reporter Alex Dunlop was trying to broadcast from the Banham Zoo in Norfolk on an animal count. The lemur enclosure, however, ended up being quite the challenge. Dunlop was simply trying to do his job and report when the lemurs hilariously mobbed him and leapt on him.
There were no less than eight furry creatures that attacked him on camera. Dunlop had only started to say, “And I’m at one of the...” when he was forced to scream in pain, calling one of the lemurs “you little nipper!”
Dunlop mentioned later on Twitter that “no lemurs were hurt in the making of this movie...”
