South Africa have replaced injured pacer Dale Steyn with Duanne Olivier for the second Test against India, which begins in Centurion from January 13, reported Cricbuzz. Young fast bowler Lungi Ngidi has also been added to the squad.
Steyn has been ruled out of the ongoing Test series against India with a heel injury. The pacer had left the field with a bruised left heel on Saturday. Steyn pulled up three balls into his 18th over after taking two for 51 in the first Test against India at Newlands. Steyn has tissue damage in the heel area. He has been given a recovery period of four-six weeks and could end up missing the rest of the series.
