The East India Comedy troupe has created a novel New Year party (video above). It is a congregation of possibly all the predecessors of the year 2017, who are at the party to pass on the baton to 2018, and to wish the newcomer good luck.
Every year boasts of its unique achievement – from the significant (the UN, 1945) to the apocalyptic (the World Wars, 1914 and 1939) to the banal (Summer of ’69, 1969). History and Time are around too – all of them to help the new CEO of Earth Inc, 2018, find the checklist of things to do, from 2017.
Except, where is 2017? Why is he hiding? Maybe you would, too, if you were 2017.
