You know how you’re always impressed when bartenders flip bottles and glasses when mixing their drinks? Those tricks pale in comparison to the ones these street vendors from Kochi use to make their milk-based concoctions (video above).

Caught in this short film by Chloe Miller and Meranda Yslas, and posted by INSIDER food, the vendors begin by creating long threads of milk squirted out of plastic bags into glasses placed in the distance with (almost) unerring aim.

Then comes the flamboyant addition of the ingredients. No alcohol, but it’s a riveting spectacle.
