It feels like 2017 just started yesterday, but here we are at the beginning of 2018. The year that went by gave us plenty of memories from the world of sport. There were lot of topics that created intrigue.

The Virat Kohli - Anil Kumble saga that came out of nowhere; the successes in badminton, but not just of K Srikanth, the topsy-turvy year for Indian football; the appointment of Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore as the Sports Minister; the “return” of Sushil Kumar – these were some of the issues that got us talking, that got us debating. As is usually the case, the year was not just about the medals, trophies, runs and goals.
