It’s the nearest thing we have right now to waving a wand in the air and making an object materialise.
A new digital brush called the Yeehaw Wand allows people to create, play with, and 3D- print objects. The brush uses augmented reality (AR) to bring the objects to life on smartphones or tablets. It could be mistaken for magic.
The technology is fairly easy to use, as you can see in the video above. According to the Kickstarter campaign for the product, the digital brush doesn’t require any experience at creating graphic art and can be easily used by anyone. Currently, the brushes are being sold for $99 with worldwide shipping, and can be used to create a wide variety of objects. You can observe some in the videos below:
