Taking a playful jibe at the many yoga fads that have proliferated in the past couple of years, comedian Sanjay Manaktala has introduced a new type of workout.
Introducing biryani yoga, which may or may not be strictly healthy but will definitely satiate your hunger. “The thing is, eating biryani is really spiritual. It’s all about taking in the aroma and letting it out, letting it soak into your body,” explains the faux yoga instructor in her faux calm voice. “But it’s also about the discipline of not jumping immediately into the biryani.”
The best part? At the end of the yoga routine, when you assume the shavasana position, you can chomp through your bowl of biryani. But there’s a catch. Watch the video above to understand why.
