Bollywood’s bugbear Kamaal R Khan is back on Twitter, with a new handle and renewed threats to the Hindi film industry’s movers and shakers.
Khan was ousted from Twitter in October after a complaint by actor and producer Aamir Khan for having leaked details of his most recent production, Secret Superstar, on the social networking site. Khan reviews Bollywood titles from Dubai, where the films are released on Thursday, a day ahead of India.
Kamaal R Khan has had numerous runs-in with Hindi film actors and filmmakers for his unvarnished tweets and self-declared ability to predict box office outcomes. His list of targets include Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu, Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar, Ajay Devgn and Mohanlal. The failed actor, who starred in the terrorism-themed thriller Desh Drohi in 2008, posts his reviews every week on his YouTube channel.
Khan took potshots at Shah Rukh Khan after rejoining Twitter on November 24, and has promised to review the Kapil Sharma starrer Firangi on Thursday.
