Security forces killed three Lashkar-e-Taiba militants in Magam area of North Kashmir’s Handwara district, Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police SP Vaid said on Tuesday. He added that all three were from Pakistan.
The firing began on Tuesday morning when the security forces were conducting a cordon and search operation, News18 reported. The operation is still under way and more details are awaited.
