While supporters of the Houston Astros baseball team celebrated their victory in the World Series, the rest of the world celebrated their supporters for a gravity-defying move.
During the triumphant team’s victory parade through the streets of Houston, a spectator on the upper floor of a car park dropped their hat, which fell seven floors. Miraculously, the hat was restored to its owner, in absolutely the best way possible (video above).
Like the match from the evening, there were ups and downs – literally – in getting the hat back, as the riveting nail-biter shows. However, teamwork did the trick, and marvellously at that. And chants of “MVP!” (Most Valuable Player) were heard after hat and human were reunited.
