Amidst heavy rains and flooding in Bengaluru, which led to five deaths, tragic – and petrifying – videos have emerged showing a woman trapped in a white car in a waterlogged street on Mysuru Road in Nayandahalli.

As the video above shows, the car with the woman in it was floating on the water, partly submerged and threatening to tip over. Several people waded into the water to rescue her and help her back on to higher land.

According to a News Minute report, three of the rescuers were police personnel.
