It looks like the preview for the latest season of Netflix’s iconic show Narcos is here, and Indians will certainly not be disappointed. The new season, dubbed Mitros this time, comes as an All India Bakchod special, and takes the form of a Narcos parody.
Instead of focusing on Pablo Escobar, and the Colombian and Mexican drug cartels, the show seems to have taken a political turn as it depicts the Indian political cartel instead. The visuals, set to the show’s original theme, feature honourable political-lord Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his team, which includes Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, TV anchor Arnab Goswami, and the Union Cabinet.
The promo also includes their most iconic moments of NDA rule over India over the last three years – which, of course, includes demonetisation and cow-vigilantism. Not to forget the rivals of the ruling cartel – the Congress, featuring an irked mother-son duo, common man Arvind Kejriwal, and the notorious anti-national Kanhaiya Kumar.
