There will be a Dabangg 3, and it will be directed by choreographer, actor and director Prabhudeva, reported the DNA newspaper.
Prabhudeva has previously directed Khan in the Pokkiri remake Wanted in 2009. “I will do any film that Salman sir asks me to. Nobody says no to him,” Prabhudeva told DNA.
The first Dabangg, directed by Abhinav Singh Kashyap, reinvented Khan’s image. Following its massive box office haul, Khan reprised his role as the insouciant and invincible police officer Chulbul Pandey in 2012. After a fallout between Kashyap and Khan, his brother Arbaaz Khan took over directing duties.
Prabhudeva has also been confirmed for yet another sequel. He will return as the dance teacher Ganesh in ABCD 3, series director Remo D’Souza said in a statement. “Apart from Michael Jackson, the only man I look up to and admire for his dancing skills is Prabhudheva,” D’Souza said.
