A family was attacked by a group of six criminals who looted them at the Jewar-Bulandshahr highway in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, reported Quint. The attackers are also believed to have sexually assaulted four women and killed a member of the family, reported News18.

Police officials arrived at the spot after getting information about the incident. The family was travelling in a vehicle when the assailants shot out the tyre and attacked them. Further details are awaited as the information at the moment is unclear.
