Chetan Bhagat’s novel Half Girlfriend, on which Mohit Suri’s movie of the same name is based, has a deal-breaking line: “Deti hai to de, warna kat le!” The line is uttered by Madhav Jha (played by Arjun Kapoor) to Riya (Shraddha Kapoor) after she lets him cuddle but refuses to sleep with him.
