India registered their second successive victory in the Under-19 Asia Cup in Sri Lanka with victory over Nepal on Friday. Half-centurions Himanshu Rana (51) and Shubman Gill (57) helped the Indian colts chase down Nepal’s total of 172 for nine.
India’s Rahul Chahar picked up a five-wicket haul helped India restrict the opposition to a sub-200 score in the Group A match.
In reply, India cantered to victory on back of an 86-run partnership by Rana and Gill.
