Befikre Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor play lovers who get touchy and feely in the capital of love in Aditya Chopra’s latest movie. The reclusive director and head of Yash Raj Films has described Befikre as his “second film” after Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (meaning it is more youthful in spirit than Mohabbatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi). The peppy songs by Vishal-Shekhar and the soft-focus visuals might just make this the demonetisation blues breaker some of us badly need.
