At least seven people were injured after a shooter was reported on Ohio State University campus. The lockdown on the university was lifted, and officials said the suspect was killed, CNN reported. Security forces are sweeping the campus, though they believe the threat has been contained.
Management had tweeted the location of the reported gunman, and told students to “run, hide, fight”. The university had followed with a second tweet that said, “Continue to shelter in place in north campus area. Follow directions of Police on scene.”
