Indian Grand Master Harika Dronavalli registered her first victory in the FIDE Women’s Grand Prix on Tuesday. She jumped four places to take the joint sixth position.
Starting with white, she pushed Natalia Zhukova of Russia into time pressure in the fourth round to win the game after 34 moves.
She has two points in her kitty now, with one victory, one loss and two draws at the event in Kanty-Mansiysk, Russia.
