A graphic designer has been arrested for allegedly stealing footage from the film Baahubali 2 that will release on April 28, 2017. The director of the film, SS Rajamouli, had filed a complaint at the Jubilee Hills police station in Hyderabad after the 2.5-minute-long clip was leaked on the internet. The clip contains war scenes from the climax of the film, reported NDTV.
The accused was arrested from Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. The graphic designer was reportedly working with Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. The film stars actors Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia. It is being made in Telgu and Tamil, and it will be dubbed in Hindi as well. The first part of the film made over Rs 650 crores and won a National Award.
