England pacer Stuart Broad will have a scan on his right foot after complaining of more pain during the second day’s play of the second Test against India in Visakhapatnam, ESPNcricinfo reported. Broad had left the field on day one complaining of discomfort in both his wrist and foot. The report said that the foot problem was more of a concern.
The results of the scan will be known only on Saturday. Broad bowled 16 overs during India’s first innings and scalped the wicket of opener KL Rahul. The 30-year-old had faced a similar injury during England’s previous tour of India in 2012.
