Pep Guardiola finally got the better of Barcelona after Manchester City won 3-1 against Barcelona at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday. The Spaniard also cemented himself as a tactical genius with the win against his previous employers. City were 0-1 down in the first half as Lionel Messi was on target yet again, scoring his 90th Champions League goal. However, City upped the ante after that and cut open the Barcelona defense, a feat only a handful of teams can brag about.

Arsenal continue to shine

Arsenal turned around a 0-2 deficit to down Ludogorets in a five-goal thriller as the Gunners continued their amazing run this season. They face Tottenham on Sunday and with a 3-2 win, they will fancy their chances against the Spurs. Mesut Ozil was once again the fulcrum of the attack.

Lewandowski on song

Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski scored a brace as they came from a goal down to beat PSV Eindhoven 2-1. Lewandowski hit the woodwork as well and took his tally to 19 goals in 17 games. Bayern look threatening and with Lewandowski in their ranks, they will look to make another deep run in the competition.

Griezmann show on display

Antoine Griezmann scored a double for Atletico Madrid against FC Rostov to help his team qualify for the round of 16. Griezmann scored a late injury-time winner for the 2-1 win.
