Eastern Sporting FC beat Kryphsa FC 4-1 in their women's I-League encounter at the Police Grounds in Cuttack on Tuesday morning. Bembem and Mandakini scored two goals apiece. However, Kryphsa drew first blood as they went ahead in the first half with a goal from Bindyarani in the 15th minute. However, as the second half began, Eastern Sporting FC finally came to life with an inspiring performance and won the match 4-1. All four goals came in the second half with Bembem and Mandakini being the driving force. This was Krypsha FC’s second defeat on the trot as they were eaten by Jeppiyar Institute on Sunday.
