Indian club side Bengaluru FC on Wednesday drew the second leg of their AFC Cup quarter-final tie, 0-0 against S League team Tampines Rovers in Singapore. The result means Bengaluru won the two-part tie 1-0.
Bengaluru, having won the first leg at home through a solitary goal by CK Vineeth, became only the third Indian side to progress to the last four of the Asian tournament after Dempo in 2008 and East Bengal in 2013.
Both sides had their share of chances in the match, but Bengaluru's defence held on to protect the lead.
