According to Lodhi, Prime Minister Sharif told Kerry that India must first curb its nuclear activities. The Pakistan representative said, "The world should first put an end to nuclear activities undertaken by India." Foreign secretary Chaudhry on the other hand said, "no other state had acted against terrorism as much as Pakistan had."
Lodhi and Chaudhry said Sahrif speech at the United Nations General Assembly will primarily focus on the Kashmir issue. They said, "PM's speech is going to be important. PM Nawaz is going to present a strong case of occupied Kashmir in front of the world."
