Whatsapp has introduced Snapchat-like doodling options and selfie flash on the Beta version of its Android application, reported The Tecake. The instant messaging service is also working on developing a video calling feature and support for sharing GIF files. Both the features are expected to be made available to users soon.
With the new doodling feature, users will get a pencil tool and a "T" textbox option after a photo is taken through the application. Similarly, the flash option will light up the screen to help take better selfies in low light. Both features are only available when the camera is accessed through Whatsapp.
Right now, the features are available in Android Beta version for testing.
