The video above might be one of the most chilling incidents caught on tape.

Twenty-six-year-old Soni, who lived and worked in Mumbai, can be seen saying that she fears for her life and that her family will kill her because they do not like her choice of marriage partner. The video appears to be shot in the toilet of a moving train.

The Indian Express reported that the she died in mysterious circumstances on August 19 and that this is suspected to be a case of honour killing. After the video went viral on social media, the district magistrate ordered the body to be exhumed and it has been sent for forensic investigation.

The police pointed out that there was clearly another person with her, who shot the video.
